Build more Military Buildings and Go Aggressive
For Vizier Point there is so much options and situations to talk about but:
is good for early aggressive against spearmans to heal ur soldiers when fighting
is good if u havent find any sheeps or lack of resources
Extensive Fortifications is good if u are under pressure and deffensive towers or even aggressive tower to rush to enemy
i dont recommend to choose & u can produce them urself with military buildings.
And Dont Be Afraid Of Early Fights because u gain Vizier Vizier Point Points if u take any kills
its always ok to fight early when u are Ottoman, just use stone,paper,scissor thing right and dont be afraid of using diffrent kind of units
