send the rest on

Wood and Rally on

Wood until 6 then Rally on

Food

Build a and ASAP on Gold ( u should start it around 3.50 ) especially against Knignt civ

It depends on the damage you think you could make on on the enemy's civ. If you think you can do a little bit of damage, like kill a village or two, go for 2 or , and if you want to put a lot of pressure on the opponent's civ, on against passive civ or double TC, you can go to 5 or 6 horsemen.

If you don't know, just go for two .

After producing your second send on Stone to collect 50 and upgrade your with Arrow Slits

When u gathered enough Wood to build and ; send all the from Wood to Food
and remacro on Gold

Rally on Food and go to Castle Age, now u can fully macro your unit
u can research

when you get closer to the age up timing, remacro 3/ on Gold to anticipate production

go for ALWAYS
If your opponent is building a ram and fully all in in you, you can build in your base to defend and to cover the villagers who are constructing. But If you get some space, you have to secure a food source like Boar or Deer.
If you can have a Gold also, it's very good. But the placement of the landmark depends on the pressure that your opponent is applying to you.

remacro on Wood

now u also have to get eco upgrade: / then
