Sengoku Daimyo · Season 13
Best conditions: This build works best on maps with safe starting gold (close to your TC) or if you are in a safe team position (pocket). Why? - Your Matsuri is your main economy building and will be placed on gold. If it is in a bad spot, enemies will attack it early to cut off your gold and yatai which will ruin your economy. Difficulty: Hard for beginners. It requires many fast actions in the first minutes (like force-dropping resources) while also controlling your scout etc I am going to post an easier version of this build (slower timings, but much simpler), click here: [ Link will be available later, i am lazyassss ]
Villager Japanese Villager Japanese Villager Japanese Keep queuing villagers! Queue villagers #10 and #11 as soon as you have [ 50 ] food.
When you have [ 120 ] gold Gold and your miners hold [ 10 ] gold --->> force-drop it --->> buy 2nd Yatai Yatai
When you have [ 6 ] on food Food --->> Rally rally the next villager to gold Gold.
Note: If everything done correctly, you will hit your population limit at the exact same moment the Ryokan finishes building.
From this moment, you need to distribute your villagers and adapt your gameplay based on the map, your overall strategy, and the enemy civilization.
In most games, you will need to build:
- Military Production: Ideally, you have already scouted your opponent and know exactly what units you need to make
- Blacksmith (works as mining camp): Place on stone (since your Matsuri is already on your gold Gold ).
- 1st Daymo
Optional:
- Tower on your gold if you are playing against an aggressive civilization.
- House on deer if you control map or ready to face aggression
As soon as the Ryokan Ryokan is finished, you should have enough resources to research the 2nd economy upgrade Takezaiku in the House Farmhouse and buy the 4th Yatai Yatai right away
