How to Delete Your Account

AoE4 Analyzer uses an anonymous account. You can delete it directly in the App:

1. Open AoE4 Analyzer.
2. Select Settings in the bottom navigation.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Review the warning and confirm deletion.

What is deleted

Your anonymous account, device registration, protected device fingerprint, refresh tokens, selected-profile link, preferences and user-specific notification records are permanently deleted from the live service.

Shared copies of public player and match data may remain in the service's common cache/database. They are not linked to your deleted anonymous account and are retained to avoid repeatedly requesting the same public data.

What is kept

One thing is kept, for fraud prevention: if the device has ever received free credits, a separate one-way hash of the device identifier and a counter of those grants remain. They contain no account data, cannot identify you or restore your account, and exist only to stop the same device from claiming the same free credits again after a reinstall. They are removed after 12 months without a new grant.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you cannot access the in-app control, contact info@aoe4analyzer.app.
