Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AoE4 Analyzer (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The service

AoE4 Analyzer is an independent mobile companion that displays a selected public game profile, match history, ratings, available statistics, leaderboards and read-only build-order information. Features and data availability may vary by platform, game mode, region and upstream data availability.

The App is not a game client, does not modify Age of Empires IV and does not guarantee improvement, rank changes or competitive results.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be legally able to agree to these Terms in your country. If you are below the applicable age, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms for you.

The App uses an anonymous device account. You are responsible for access to your device and for activity performed through that installation. Account recovery may be limited if the App is removed or device credentials are lost.

3. Acceptable use

You may use the App only for personal, lawful purposes. You must not:

  • interfere with, overload, probe or attempt to bypass the App's security or rate limits;
  • access the service through unauthorized automated means;
  • reverse engineer, modify, redistribute or commercially exploit the App except where applicable law expressly permits it;
  • use the service to violate another person's privacy, intellectual-property rights or other legal rights;
  • misrepresent an affiliation with the App or its data providers.

4. Public profiles and third-party data

The App processes public profile and game information supplied by third-party data services. You are responsible for the profile you choose to follow and for using public player information respectfully and lawfully.

Third-party data can be delayed, incomplete, corrected or unavailable. We do not control these third-party data providers or other external services and cannot guarantee their accuracy, uptime or continued availability. Detailed statistics may not exist for every match.

5. Intellectual property and independence

We own or license the App's original software, design and branding. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes; they do not transfer ownership.

Age of Empires, Microsoft, World's Edge, Relic Entertainment and related names, logos, game content and data belong to their respective owners. AoE4 Analyzer is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Microsoft, World's Edge or Relic Entertainment.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is processed. You can permanently delete your anonymous account from Settings → Delete Account.

7. Availability and changes

We may add, change, suspend or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with law, respond to upstream changes or improve the service. We do not promise that the App will always be uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every device.

8. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App and its information are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Nothing in the App is professional, financial or legal advice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, loss of data, loss of opportunity, rank or game outcomes, or losses caused by third-party services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Suspension and termination

We may limit or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, users or third parties, or where these Terms or law are violated. You may stop using the App at any time and delete the anonymous account in the App.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The updated date will appear above, and material changes will be communicated when required. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without depriving you of mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law will resolve disputes.
