Distract the opponent with while you save up for aging up to Castle Age. Then rush relics and spam Kipchaks and heavy cavalry. Even if you optimize the build order to go Fast Castle naked and without gathering 
wood, the age up timing still is the worst out of all the civilizations currently in the game, hence it's best to make a few torguuds to raid and slow down the opponent.
