Drongo just uploaded an update to this build. He uses 10 vils on the Feudal landmark, 6 on 
stone, and doesn't build a lumbercamp until after his 2nd TC. I estimate that you get your 2nd TC up ~15 seconds faster that way. But you have to do a bunch of force drop-offs and can't concentrate on microing your king as much. This build is pretty chill in comparison.
