Japanese Fast Castle - Daimyo before Age II

During this stage you might need more on wood if you need Outpost on gold or will see a lot of early aggression and need to put down Barracks

If Yumi Ashigaru from English and getting rushed at gold make 2 Outpost and go heavy on Woodline so you can put down a Stable around age up

Aggression = More on Wood

Passive = Rally to Food

Against a good opponent you will see enemy units. Balancing food and gold is very important here and not just leaving your rally on one or the other. I go heavy on Gold if I'm able to secure Deer or Boar. However if I'm getting all-in and I can't get out of base, I will be on Sheep under TC to finished Feudal. The only tech I get in Feudal is Towara and Tatara. DO NOT get anything else as it pushed your castle timing back. If early pressure, do NOT get Tatara!

With Towara you can gather Berries just as fast as Sheep so I like to get it on age up and move all Sheep vills to Berries

17 Food 10 Gold to build constant Mounted Samurai from stable and vills.

With 3 Stables (1 with yoro) - this split would 30 Food 20 Gold

Get Eco Tech Specialized Pick and Takezaiku. You can omit double-broad axe if you aren't going to stick much on wood.
