Use the Hospitaller age-up for a strong healing frontline. Hospitallers also receive tremendous hp increase in castle and imperial, and thus scale well making this build a good castle build as well. We age up to feudal at 4:20 with 4 farms, to have more villagers gathering resources instead of the fastest possible age-up.
