as a follow up can come faster if you want it to, but most importantly, should always come before mercenaries. If you go Merc Camp first, you lose too much tempo. I dislike longbows as they cost too much and are slow, so go Javelins if opponent has lots of archers, and as standard.
Always try to gather from berries before deer because the oil gives you a lot of extra power through Mercs.
When playing aggro, you can often find a lot of damage and play only feudal, but sometimes you have to go Castle to finish a game (especially true for 1tc vs tc aggro)
