[NOT COMPLETE] -The core idea with this is to collect 1000 Stone early (2x TC + ) and get 200 Gold for this passively. This means getting the missing 100 Gold for Feudal Age as well as 100 Gold for pretty early in Feudal. -We will then have 3TCs, +25% and +15% Wood boost very early in the game and every opponent that is not also fully booming will be pretty much put all-in, so we only need to hold his Feudal aggression to sail to victory. -About TC placement: Since we will boom for Food under our upgraded Main TC with , we want our 3 TCs pretty close together, and have the extra TCs cover chokepoints between forests. One TC should cover a Gold source, having a Stone source under a TC is nice if the map allows it, but not necessary. So priority is: 1st Wood > Gold > 2nd Wood > Stone. Other than these requirements keep the TCs as close together as possible and build your military production in the middle of them. -After the 3rd TC and are started, focus all your attention on building defensive Units (and Walls where they are efficient, i.e. <50 Wood for a full side to be covered). Do NOT be greedy any more than that and try to add on additional eco upgrades or build a Blacksmith. -VS Feudal Aggression: Once you can push back his army, get out the asap to boost your to +50%. Then recheck his army and if he doesn't try to all-in you anymore go up to Age and simply swarm him with while further Walling up your base. -VS Feudal Boom: Keep pumping out those triple and add on asap. This will give you such a massive boost in Food income that you will easily reach Age first and can timing push him with a flood of .

Match-up specific tips:

Abbasid Dynasty
Abbasid will likely boom on 2-3 TCs, so make sure your own 3TC booming is on point.

Ayyubids

Byzantines
They will either open Hippodrom into pressure or Grand Winery into 2TC

China
Chinese will likely boom on 2-3 TCs, so make sure your own 3TC booming is on point.

Delhi Sultanate
Dehli will focus on Sacred Sites, so you need to have out units that can exert map control to combat this. Mobility is king here. So start out with the mobile all-purpose and add in if they add in too many Archers.

English
Longbows are even better against than Archers are and usually they will add Spears to protect their Longbows against .
Build early Wall and to defend until you can outmass them.

French

Holy Roman Empire
Their Landsknechte are very dangerous for our preferred Melee Infantry mass style.

Japanese

Jeanne d
Using is decent defensively, but won't win you anything, especially after JD reaches her level 3 Cleave.

Malians
+ gives you a nice, highly mobile Feudal combo, that doesn't play into their arguably best unit, the Javelin Thrower. Their best bet is a combination of Donsos and Archers, maybe some Sofas too, but all of this loses hard to a spam of Age .

Mongols

Order of the Dragon
They will most likely open up with and then add Archers.
You need to build counter Units to them or build units that are generally good.

Ottomans

Rus
They will most likely build early Knights, so defensive are in order. Accompany them with to protect your Spears against Archers. You may also use the to counterattack.

Zhu Xi

Get the 1st Bannerman

Prioritize getting to Age and mass to hard counter JD and her Knights. Accompany them with or as a sturdy frontline.

Always avoid fights if you can't snipe JD quickly to avoid her getting free XP.

Once you have a lead, pressure as much as possible, so JD can't catch up and can't stockpile Cleave stacks.

So defend with + while getting up to Age, then add and Spam upgraded . Their Musofadi Warrior won't be enough if you're ahead on eco, since the first hit will get absorbed by Deflective Armor.

Mass either or in Feudal Age.

hard-counter their Archers and fights decently against their . Their mobility gives you initiative on their Archers.

are good because OOTD units have a higher attack, so their Deflective Armor mitigates more damage and they trade decently against both Archers and . Their downside is no hard-countering and low mobility, so you should only use them as a defensive stepstone to a fast Age

Go Age via to half the OOTD units' damage.
