• START GETTING RELICS Relic! This is very important and will unfortunately make or brake how your game will go. If you can get the age up even earlier and be safe at the same time even better. We are trying to get a minimum on Two (2) Relics. The more the merrier and the faster you will snowball. If you can secure Sacred Site as well please do.
• Keep Town Center Rally Wood.Start looking to get Forestry and Wheelbarrow. If you can not leave your base to secure more food start looking to transition into Farm. Otherwise, think about getting more Deer or even Boar on the map. Make a Market the first chance you get.

• It is at this point you have to play and adapt with that is going on in the game. If you have not built a militery building now is the time to do so. The best army to go as HRE as you hit Castle Age are Knight as there is a good chance no one else has age 3 knights at this time in the game. Use your discretion however, as we are almost always going to be using Man-at-Arms (MAA) as our late game comp as that is our best unit once fully upgraded.

• If you have been succesfull in obtaining Relic and/ or Sacred Site. HRE has a nice little advantage of not needing any Gold Villager to reach Imperial Age. Assuming you have at least 3 Relic and militery units, these numbers are possible to age up with. But its still a good idea to have some Gold Villager.
• Get any unit upgrade as needed and your remaining economy upgrades.
