Saw this build from Marinelord in the Elite Classic II Tournament (03.03.24) versus Mali. Seem like the idea is to delay castle age to put pressure onto the opponent, while still getting to castle reasonably quick, then after securing the map and pressuring with your superior castle army and eco lead thanks to growth wing, drop 2 tcs at the 15-17 min mark to scale into the late game.
