a very aggressive hospitalier rush build which has emerged on ladder this season. Made much stronger by hospitalier move speed buff, piligrim tech cost reductions, and people getting more and more used to KT being a 2TC civ.

Wood on straggler tree. Build with one of food villagers.
3730immediately after age up, transfer 4 vills from Food on Wood (use straggler tree). The goal is to gather 350 wood until age up finishes for and Safepassage
From here, everything depends on what opponent does. Primarily you use Age 2 + to efficiently trade with opponent's army, Make sure to use hold position micro as much as possible to get heals during the fight. Any non-all-in trades are good, as you can use Age 2 to completely heal up your army outside combat, while opponent in a lot of cases can't do the same.
0000If opponent doesn't lose in feudal, eventually you will need to age up. Possible options include Koc and Ang, depending on what units you think you will need. Ang provides which is very good against any attempts to counter your archers. Against very large amounts of (also, depending on the civ, possible inclusions of ranged cav) - going Koc and Age 3 can be a good option: Age 2 form a solid frontline, while Age 3 poke everything to death.
If the game stabilizes - prioritize , get as many Relics as possible; start gathering
Stone to secure at least one sacred site with , play standard game from there.
Extra note: this build is not recommended at all into: Fre Mac Jda - they have pretty strong early feudal tempo and they outscale your army in long feudal;
Be careful vs: Mon Mal Del Ott Rus Eng Ayy - I think these civs have tools to deal with this build more or less effectively, although if they blindly go for greedy build orders and try to defend with - they can easily lose. Otherwise you can just not commit as hard into feudal and go for earlier castle age.
Kte mirror can also be very tricky, strongly depends on what they age up with and what build they're going for.
In other matchups this build should work well.
