Coming soon · October 29, 2026 · Raiders of the North
A melee infantry civilization: Bondi spearmen form the shield wall, Berserkers break the enemy line, and early raids are part of the plan.
Villagers are not queued. They arrive on their own, for free, until the Villager capacity is reached; Longhouses raise that capacity and take economic attachments. Sagas are seven quests, completed in any order by raiding buildings, hunting, trading and more, and each grants a lasting economic or military bonus. The Völur, a religious unit, boosts Longhouse production or can be sacrificed on a Relic to found a Sacred Grove that keeps producing Berserkers.
Fast dual-axe shock infantry. Enrages at low health, healing and dealing more damage.
Support unit that can be sacrificed on a Relic to found a Sacred Grove, which recruits Berserkers.
Archer ship that also transports units. Each unit on board adds health and one more arrow.
Heavy spear-thrower from the Konungr Hall landmark. Stronger near allied buildings, and protects Villagers.
Barracks technology that raises Hirdman damage.
A house with one of four attachments: Farmstead for better farms, Bee Skeps for Gold, and Pasture & Loom or Smithy for free armor and damage research over time.
Infantry gain health and a better charge.
Villagers arrive faster and Longhouse attachments cost less.
Technologies cost less; Pasture & Loom and Smithy work faster.
Ships and siege weapons cost less.
Villagers gather faster and carry more.
More torch damage and attack range.
Sacred Groves recruit Berserkers faster.
An early Longhouse keeps the free Villagers coming, and a Farmstead or Bee Skeps adds Food or Gold. Bondi and Berserkers can raid from the start, and Living off the Land heals them at any Food source.
Pasture & Loom and Smithy unlock and slowly research armor and damage upgrades, so they are worth buying early. Völur boost Longhouses or found Sacred Groves, which buff nearby units with Hamingja and recruit Berserkers.
Valdemar Castle turns every Palisade into a Danevirke wall with far more health and torch resistance. Jylland Knights are cheaper heavy cavalry that refund some Gold when they fall. Hagl Brodda lets archers loose two extra arrows at random.
Maximum population rises to 210 whichever Landmark is built, and Folkekirken at the Kongens Dør Cathedral takes it to 220. Leikr Training at the University pushes melee infantry further still.
Units, buildings and technologies will be listed here when the expansion is out.
