Establish a Tributary Subject. Must be cast on a Trade Post. Tributary States provide: + Food from local farmers. + Increased gold income from traders by +15%. + Increased Mounted Villager build limit of +3 per Tributary. Tributary States can be upgraded with a Meng'an Mouke emplacement.
Bribe enemy military units to desert their post and take arms against anyone nearby. Can neutralize up to a maximum of 750 resources worth of enemy units.
